This policy explains what information DebtResolutionSupport.com (“we”, “us”) collects, why, how long we keep it and the choices you have. The site is run by Debt Resolution Support LLC, 7110 Lemmon Ave,Dallas,Texas,75209.
The short version
- You can read the whole site without giving us any personal information.
- We don’t use analytics or advertising cookies, and we don’t sell or rent personal information.
- If you subscribe to the newsletter, we keep your email address and a record of your consent, and we send email through our email provider, Resend.
- When you click a partner link, we count the click using a one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your IP address, never the address itself.
Information we collect
Newsletter signups
When you subscribe, we collect your email address. We also keep a record of your consent: the consent wording shown next to the form, the page you signed up on, when you signed up and when you confirmed, and a hashed version of your IP address (used to stop abuse such as mass signups). We send a confirmation email first; if you don’t confirm within 7 days, we delete the signup.
Once you confirm, your email address and the consent record are also stored with Resend (resend.com), the service we use to send emails. Resend processes them on our behalf to deliver our emails and handle unsubscribes.
Clicks on partner links
When you click a sponsored link, we record which offer you clicked, the page and spot on the page it was on, the campaign source if the link had one (for example “newsletter”), your browser’s user agent (the type of browser and device), the time, and a salted, one-way hashed version of your IP address. The hash lets us ignore accidental double clicks and automated traffic without storing your IP address. We use this information only to count clicks and understand which pages are useful. We delete click records after 13 months.
Server logs
Like most websites, our hosting server keeps standard access logs (IP address, the page requested, time and browser) for security and troubleshooting. The logs rotate weekly and we keep four rotations, so IP addresses in access logs are deleted after about 5 weeks.

If you email us, we keep your message and email address to answer you.
What we don’t collect
We never ask for or store Social Security numbers, card numbers, bank or debt account numbers, or dates of birth, and our forms don’t ask about your personal finances.
Cookies
We don’t use analytics, advertising or social media cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for site staff who log in. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so reading the site doesn’t send your information to font or image services.
When you follow a sponsored link to a partner’s website, that site and the affiliate network may set their own cookies, for example to record that you came from our site. Their privacy policies apply there.
How we share information
- Service providers: Resend (email delivery) and our hosting provider, only to run the site and send email.
- Partners: partners receive only the reference code described on our How we make money page, never your email address. Anything you give a partner on its own website is covered by its privacy policy.
- Legal reasons: if required by law or to protect the site and its users.
We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in every newsletter email.
- Access or delete your information: email us at contact@debtresolutionsupport.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy law.
Security
We store as little as we can, keep IP addresses only in hashed form, and limit access to site data to the people who run the site. No website can promise perfect security.
Children
This site is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has subscribed, contact us and we’ll delete the information.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page. If a change significantly affects how we use your information, we’ll also say so in the newsletter.
